Trading options, futures, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk. We do not guarantee profits or protection from losses. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and financial outcomes.
KeanuTrades LLC, its owners, moderators, and members are not registered broker-dealers or investment advisors with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or any state regulatory authority.
We strongly recommend consulting a licensed financial professional before making any investment decisions.

2. Membership Access & Usage
KeanuTrades LLC provides access to educational content, live discussions, and community interaction tools.
Membership grants access to:
Discord community channels
Educational materials
Livestream sessions
Courses and workshop recordings
Educational materials are proprietary and licensed, not sold. Access is permission-based and may be revoked at any time for violation of these terms.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To avoid renewal charges, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.
If canceled after renewal:
You will retain access for the remainder of the billing period already paid for.

4. Pause Requests
Subscriptions may be paused for up to 1 month.
Requests must be submitted 24–48 hours before billing through the support ticket channel in Discord.
If a charge occurs before the request, the pause will apply to the next billing cycle.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Failure to cancel before renewal (“forgot to cancel”) does not qualify for a refund.
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback will result in permanent removal from the community and account termination.
6. Removal of Access
We reserve the right to remove access immediately without refund if a member:
Violates community rules
Shares or distributes proprietary material
Engages in harassment or disruptive behavior
Access to premium materials may be removed upon cancellation or termination.
7. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
By joining Honeycomb Trades you agree not to copy, distribute, record, reproduce, or share any educational content, discussions, trade ideas, or materials outside the community.
Violation may result in permanent ban and legal action for copyright infringement.
8. Intellectual Property
All content within Honeycomb Trades — including courses, text, images, videos, and documents — is protected under copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, record, screenshot, or republish any material without written permission.
9. Community Rules
Members must follow community standards:
Be respectful
No hate speech
No unsolicited promotion
No reposting trade ideas outside the community
No harassment or combative behavior
No inappropriate content
Violation may result in immediate ban without refund.
10. Limitation of Liability
Honeycomb Trades/KeanuTrades LLC is not responsible for financial losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from the use of our content or services.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
11. Agreement
By using our website, purchasing membership, or joining the Discord server, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
